BRISTOL STEEL SYSTEMS
All Project Managers, regardless of experience level have been trained to ensure compliance with our new system.
Additionally, all Shop and Field Supervisory Personnel are receiving training as new projects are started to ensure their portion of the system is maintained throughout the life of the project.
Schedule Development
Schedule Creation/Maintenance
All Production Managers start with a typical Bristol Steel Project Schedule.
Edits are made based upon project requirements and Customer driven Milestones are added as required.
Schedules are published to all departments and monitored weekly in the Production Manager's Meeting.
