Project Management
Pre-planning and management are key to Bristol Steel’s project success. Our experienced project managers get involved early on before design has been fully developed, in order to begin coordination with various departments from preconstruction shop and field teams to procurement and design assist.
This early involvement allows the project manager ample time to identify and strategically plan around the inevitable constraints that arise on every project. Our job management team is well-equipped to face project challenges and resolve them quickly, mitigating impacts to the schedule and costs.

Bristol Steel is well known for its transparency when it comes to project status. Our clients enjoy complete visibility as to what phase the steel for their project is in: whether it be detailing, stages of fabrication or on its way to the jobsite.
Manufacturing
Bristol Manufacturing was started in 1982 as a division of Bristol Steel and was tasked with the re-manufacturing of rigger special forklifts and fabrication of heavy machinery mover carts. Due to the lack of availability, other companies began renting and buying this equipment.
As demand grew for these types of specialized equipment, other companies began renting and purchasing from us due to the limited availability in the market. This significant milestone led Bristol Manufacturing to expand its operations, serving some of the largest businesses in the country today. What truly sets us apart is our expertise, which stems from our deep-rooted experience in the rigging industry. We understand the unique challenges faced by riggers because we are riggers ourselves.
Our team’s personal experience has been instrumental in designing and building forklifts tailored to the specific needs of our customers. Today Bristol Manufacturing serves some of the largest businesses across the country.
