Duke and Duke would like to thank Bristol Steel for their incredible performance on the JCI PAR Packaging and Warehouse Project. Bristol Steel provided the fabrication for the new 100,000 square foot warehouse facility for PAR Pharmaceuticals in collaboration with Johnson Controls. This project had a very aggressive build schedule and with Bristol’s help, Duke and Duke was one of the few subcontractors on this project that finished ahead of schedule. Bristol’s coordination with Duke and Duke’s detailer for this project helped us complete the erection of the structural steel for this project under our budgeted man hours. Each sequence of steel was delivered as needed and everything was fabricated exactly as detailed thereby eliminating any additional field hours by Duke and Duke.

Duke and Duke is thankful of Bristol’s efforts and involvement on this project and would definitely like to work together on many future projects.

I would like to thank Bristol Steel and the entire Work force for the wonderful job they did on the Honda APX ALMC Expansion for Honda of America Manufacturing. Bristol Steel provided the detailing \ fabrication \ erection on one of Honda’s third expansion facilities in Anna, OH. Your team provided the project with a very safe work environment during all aspects of steel erection. Your team continuously looked for ways to expedite the schedule in a safe manner and coordinated
with the DIG team to keep the day-to-day operation of the adjacent manufacturing plant running without any interruptions.

The DIG team recognizes that this 60,000 sq. ft. building was in a very congested / tight location for Bristol Steel to perform their work, but with continuous coordination with plant force, other contractors, and the DIG team, the project continued to stay schedule. The leadership of your superintendent (Brian) and foreman (Steve) in the field showed the highest degree of knowledge in steel erect standards.

Relocating the fixed stair tower in one whole piece was a very great idea. The owner with Honda was very happy about this and it was huge cost saving, to not have to rent a stair tower for 12 months. Again I would like to thank Bristol Steel for the great job they did for the DIG Management team at the Honda APX‐ALMC Expansion, I’m looking forward to working with your company in the future.

On behalf of Barton Malow Company we are very grateful for the timely and quality performance for the Structural and miscellaneous steel furnishings for GM Warren Battery Lab. The delivery platform with “Integrated Project Delivery” process requires collaboration of the EOR, fabricator and construction team. The compressed schedule was not allotted relief for design development and hence scope. We all had our backs against a wall and fabricators were at full capacity.
